ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VACUUM!
I had searched for a cordless electric vacuum for a long time, but could never seem to find one that didn't have the mechanics high up near the handle (which would make it heavier to use, I would think). Then I came across this one! I am absolutely blown away with how well-designed, high quality this vacuum is! We have two cats and it works really well for picking up tracked little and hair throughout our mostly tiled home. We have two bedrooms that are carpet and I don't believe I will use this in these rooms, but it sure works great on hard floors (and throw rugs that stay put). Highly, highly recommend this vacuum!!

I give up!
So when I originally received this item (the first time) it didn't charge. Nothing happened. I contacted customer service and they were pretty good about replacing it. The second time around, it worked ok for about a 6 weeks. Mind you, the clean-out process is kind of a joke. You have to kind of scoop out the debris with your fingers all the time because it all gets clogged, and bagless bin part fills up super quick. Not very happy but it did have pretty good suction and is very lightweight. HOWEVER, now I've had this thing about 6 or 7 weeks and it no longer has any suction at all. Total Disappointment!

tough to clean
I bought this vacuum for quick cleanups and it works well. I like how flexible it is and the battery lasts a good amount of time, enough to vacuum my small town home. The only complaint I have is that all the dust gets stuck inside the canister and on the way to the dust container. So when you look at the dust container, it looks empty but all the stuff is actually stuck in the inside. So I have to grab a pen and push everything out of the small openings which is very inconvenient, since I have to touch all the dirt and pull them out by hand. The vacuum loses suction as the dirt accumulates in there, so regular cleaning is a must. The suction is good when it's clean.

Definite drawbacks (comparison with previous vac, Ergo)
Bought this as a replacement for the Electrolux Ergorapido stick vacuum, which is well known for having a faulty battery that gives out eventually.Sorry to say I have no clear cut answer for you. Here's the pros and cons from my experience:PROS:* Defintely stronger suction (though the Ergo was fine)* Lights in front (this is a huge deal when cleaning floors, though they do make Ergos with lights also)* The charging lights are somewhat more entertaining* Two suction power choices. Though personally I find this kind of annoying as I always want full power and am constantly fumbling with the switch. Which also is sometimes not working.* Possibly more maneuverable in getting at spots* Supposedly has a Lithium/charging shutoff mechanism so that the battery doesn't eventually go bad, which is why all the Ergos end up going in the trashCONS:* Not as comfortable as the Ergo, you immediately notice its strains your wrist a lot more when using. The vaccuum is 'loose', for lack of a better word, and less balanced. Handheld is very frontheavy and off balance with a smaller handle, and also harder on your wrists. It seems fine on hard floors, but I almost want to use two hands when vacuuming carpet. Its not a huge deal, but going from one to the other its immediately noticeable.* Seems to clog up with pet hair a lot. In fact, practically every time I use it.* More difficult to clean filter. The Ergo has a spring "pop" mechanism that's great, and a simpler/quicker disassembly. This has some kind of pad that is virtually impossible to shake out, and a more time consuming slot thing you're always messing with trying to catch.* The stick keeps coming apart. There appears to be a screw hole, but no screw included. Also the on/off switches don't always work 100% even when connected, which is worrisome considering its brand new. That's also on the handheld which has nothing to do with the stick. The Ergo has rocker switches instead of press buttons which I think are more solid. Its worth noting however the Ergo ON/OFF switch is also going bad, one of the reasons I'm looking for a new vacuum but I've had that one about two years. All in all, I definitely like the charge base, which both have and is becoming increasingly difficult to find. The plug in chargers all eventually get loose in a year or so and force you to buy a new vaccuum, which I think is the reason why they're so popular with manufacturers. My vote is for the Ergo of the two, but given the battery problem I can't stay with it. May have to return if the switch keeps giving trouble, in which case, I guess I keep looking :/

Great experience
I really enjoyed using this vacuum, The light weight and being cordless gave me a much easier time and experience cleaning up the house. Normally because the area rather large and I have watch out for the cord constantly. The sound it makes is surprisingly quiet for the suction power it packs. Overall I feel great about this vacuum and just left it on the charger to use daily.

When it works, it cleans well but makes screeching noise
It’s a little heavier than I expected and sometimes hard to maneuver. It doesn’t always work. The handle doesn’t seem to connect well to the bottom, so unless I push on it really hard it won’t even turn on. Also, the little wheels in the front make a loud annoying screeching sound. However, it does clean up well when it actually turns in. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Company support.
The product is very useful and works just as expected. Company information about the product is accurate. The best part is company support of the guarantee. My unit worked well for about three months, but then would not take a charge. I asked for help, explained the problem, and the company sent me a new unit at no charge and with no restrictions. The guarantee is as good as can be. Nice to deal with a company that backs up their product, period.

good suction
The suction is better than several other similar vacs I have had. The only problem I have experienced is the power button which can be tricky as it sometimes doesn't want to start until you push it several times or just hold it down. It works well for cat hair and other small debris on my vinyl floors.
