Better valve than expected assembled and using with no problems

I bought two kits. They came quickly and anticipated putting them to work right away...assembled easily, but without using cart, mounting hose reel to shop wall. Out of the box one nozzle/meter housing was cracked, but assembled it anyway thinking it might not leak. Unfortunately it did. It pumped oil well, but dripping oil beyond "able to tolerate" level. The second kit pumped oil so slow that it took 15 minutes to pump 1 gallon. So I called customer service to see if they could walk me through making adjustments to make it work. The only information they had was the same information I got along with the kit...totally unable to help. I then switched nozzles, thinking that at least I would have one kit if I'd put the good nozzle on the pump that worked. Then that pump didn't work either, realizing then that the nozzle/meter that wasn't cracked was the problem that it wouldn't pump. I again called customer service for warranty issues with both nozzle/meters. They said they couldn't just replace the defective part, but I would have to repackage the entire kit and return to have warranty done! I almost became unglued, asking them if they realize the issue that it is to empty 50 feet of oil out of the hose, and package all the parts from the cart, etc. etc.?? They assured me they realize that it is inconvenient, but that is the only option they have to deal with warranty issues. Long story short, I kept the pump and hose reel and bought a new nozzle/meter from a local company...what I should have done from the beginning. It is the risk you take in buying foreign products from an online company...sometimes you go away smiling, other times getting burned. I have had both and this one I've gotten burned on...but maybe you're experience will be good, it is the luck of the draw. Just don't depend on customer service!
