Very well-made these are specifically designed for men from top to bottom. Lots of other outfits will take women's Hosiery and label it as men's and jack up the price just because they're sizedLarger I would say that these are very close to medical grade without FDA endorsement. You would be hard-pressed to find a medical grade that isn't at least $30 more than these and they are a unisex design. These are designed for men and they will fit as designated. It is recommended if you are close to the top of the scale on sizing go to the next size up. Can't really give a durability results since I haven't had them very long but they seem well constructed. If you take care of them and use some patients while putting them on and taking them off they should last a while.

Just a little bit smaller than some of their other models of the same size, but all in all, these hose are awesome. They feel sooooooo good and I love wearing them. Really thick yarn and super supportive. They make my legs feel so good. Highly recommended.

Most important thing for me is fit and quality. These hit both marks incredibly well. I’m on my feet most of the day and I can tell the difference after work when I wear them and when I don’t. My legs feel stronger with them on.I wear 40 den, 70 and 140. All feel great. I prefer the 70 and 140 for their durability. Plus the 70 and 140 have reinforced heel, which the 40 does not. I think they are easier to get on but it is obviously a personal preference. The 40, on the other hand, slides extremely well against my pants. My girlfriend prefers me in the 40s too, which is a huge plus.No matter the choice, Comfort4Men’s pantyhose are top quality in fit and finish. I hope the company is around for the long term. Yes, their pantyhose are expensive, but keep in mind, you are buying quality, not quantity. I have bunch of pairs that are over three years old. I have a pair which I put a small hole in the thigh and It has not expanded or laddered the leg. So In the long run, they easily pay for themselves if you take care of them.
