I used these for a back to school party and the color is exactly as described. No problem using a balloon pump.

Definitely a "Cat in the Hat Blue"
Balloons held up well in 70 degree weather and overnight. little sheer but once they oxidized, was better. Not deep blue like I thought (my mistake). Adding picture for color reference.
