Very simple to install and got my laptop working again, just as good as the old battery.UPDATE - 7th November 2021The battery is still going but its lost over 50% of its capacity so does not hold a charge for as long. I'll need to replace the battery soon if I want it to hold its charge for longer like it used too.UPDATE - June 15th 2022Battery has expanded and damaged my computer without warning.

I have installed today this new batery replacing a 2-year-old battery because it was affecting closing the laptop well and the trackpad. The new battery installed was 80%, I connected with the power until it was full, after disconnecting the power when it was around 58%, I closed the laptop and when I opened it, it was off, it was with 0% battery. That never happened with other batteries.

Battery came well enough packaged boxed and in antistatic bag. fitted no problem, pretty simple, showed about 80% charge when first booted up. Has charged no problem and holds charge ok( haven't timed how long I get from normal use Yet) given 4 stars as I've not used it enough to make claims on reliability and therfore value. So far so good though.

This replacement battery was reasonably priced, arrived promptly, was easy to install and worked immediately. I can't comment on how long the battery will last overall as I've only had it about one month, but it holds a charge nearly as long as the original Apple battery did when it was new. The battery is slow to boot the system, and battery power is say average. Maybe it was a refurbished battery. I expect it to be more faster I mean to boost the computer and to power the mac longer. For now, it's okay better than my old worn-out battery

Old battery had swollen and jammed touchpad this new one fixed the problem and was easy to fit

Cercavo una batteria di ricambio adatta per il mio MacBook Pro mid 2010. Dopo due precedentiesperienze non troppo felici, ho trovato questa completa di cacciaviti e istruzioni per il montaggio. Non l'avevo mai sostituita personalmente, ma mi ero affidato sempre a tecnici, Stavolta, forte di tutto il materiale, ci ho provato. A parte le maledette viti piccolissime del Mac è andato tutto per il meglio, merito dei cacciaviti e delle istruzioni fornite. Dopo circa due settimane dal primo utilizzo a oggi la batteria sembra funzionare molto bene e durare come fosse originale Apple. Un buon acquisto che consiglio a tutti.

I checked the battery condition as soon as it arrived; the result is in the picture. Looks like the DESIGN capacity is 3.8 % lower than the specification, whereas the REAL capacity is 8.61 % lower(5483 instead of 6000)! Battery arrived with 95 % health. Which means the seller was not exactly truthful about their product's performance. That being said, how long the battery will last still remains to be seen. As of today it's 447 days old already, so I'm not expecting it'll last much, let alone the whole 18-month warranty period, but we'll see if anyone is willing to offer a rebate for the capacity loss.

Habe mir diesen Akku aufgrund der recht guten Rezessionen bestellt und gleich eingebaut. Die häufig genannten Probleme mit dem Druck auf das Touchpad habe ich nicht. Aber ich frage mich, warum ich den überhaupt eingebaut habe. Mein Originalakku hat nicht mehr lange gehalten, aber der hier hält deutlich kürzere Zeit als mein "schlechter" Akku.FAZIT: Hätte ich nichts getan, nicht lange recherchiert, dann bestellt, alten ausgebaut, neuen eingebaut,... dann hätte ich mehr Laufzeit gehabt als jetzt mit dem vermeintlich neuen Akku und dabei Geld und Zeit gespart.Bin noch am überlegen, wahrscheinlich werde ich ihn wieder ausbauen und zurück schicken. Ist halt wieder sehr viel Aufwand.

Lo primero que hay que apuntar es que se adapta perfectamente. Probé otra batería, y el control pad se notaba muy apretado, con esta batería va todo perfecto en el Mac. Tiene una capacidad algo superior a la que viene de serie. Carga relativamente rápido, en unas dos horas; y te da una autonomía de entre cuatro y cinco horas. Muy recomendable. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.-
