My hat is off to everyone that wrote this tape made them pain free. I wasn't that lucky, but I can make it through the day without having to get off my feet, and that is an impressive improvement, so I gave it 5 stars. My first application the Y tape was definitely off center. I pulled it under my arch and it slipped out of my fingers and contracted, resembling a piece of ribbon candy, I was able to gently pull each point of sticky side to sticky side contact and apply it to my foot. However, I failed to notice that I had pulled the tape strongly to one side without holding the point of anchor straight. (oops) I was more careful with the other side. I applied the black tape without incident. When I completed the second foot I decided that the 2nd foot felt better than the first, so I pulled the black tape back on foot #1, increased the tension and reset the tape. The next day I showered with the tape still on, it went through the shower and dried just fine, all was as good as stated in other reviews. I have removed the tape and replaced it uneventfully twice now. I do pull the tape tighter than recommended, maybe 125% or so (the homepage says it will stretch 160%). I did not find the removal process difficult. I started to unwrapped the black tape, it was stuck to the blue tape so I grabbed them both at the heel and peeled them off like a sock. I am not a hairy person, but I have had band-aids that hurt more. I would definitely recommend trying this tape, just being able to push through and be on my feet all day is a huge improvement.

Cons: Can be a bit complicated to use at first with the paper directions given in the box (Im not the most directionally apt but was able to find online videos on their site that take you step by step. The first time I used it (From the box instructions) I felt like it didn't do much for me probably because im pretty sure I didn't do it right. But the 2nd time used the video and boy did I feel the difference!Pros: IT FREAKING HELPS WITH THE PAIN!!! Ugh! My job is a standing job and being on feet was KILLING me until I got this tape and started doing the stretches they recommend. It made being on my feet bearable. I have never had Plantar Fasicitis before and all the other stuff looked complicated or gimmicky. This was simple and They have some really good resources on their site including video on how to apply the tape. The other thing I really liked is that its really comfortable. Both tapes have a slightly different feel to them but they mostly feel like this weird clothy strechy material that was pretty comfortably to wear thru my 12 hour shift.

I gave 5 stars. although this item did not work for me. quit a few people suggested I try this for the Plantar Fasciitis I am dealing with right now. they have had a good experience using this tape. It is comfortable to wear, I had no problem with that. its not bulky. It didn't give me any relief from the foot pain I am experiencing. It was not fun removing it. and I did get a burning rash from wearing it. I guess I am one of the few people that probably has sensitive skin using this stuff.a good salt bath, and some essential oils helped with the rash. as for the Plantar Fasciitis? I’m hearing its gonna be an interesting journey I am not looking forward to! over all, the company is good to deal with, order, ship, easy. Ill give my unused rolls to someone who might be able to use them.

I have been suffering from PF for a long time and have tried several different shoes, insoles, and compression socks but none ever worked. Finally I saw this and decided to give it a try... instructions are hard to understand but videos and ebook were great for me to tape both my foot in different ways, I was able to adjust the pressure and stretch according to my pain which was awesome 👏 (just make sure no lotion on feet for tape to stick better and longer) after taping both feet my pain was instantly gone and I was able to put my foot down and walk on.... best thing was being pain free first thing in morning!!!! I hate wearing night splints sweaty and heavy....Being a nurse 12 hours on my feet is very painful. I’m so happy I bought this product! I have been on my feet for the last couple of days working the whole day long and I feel great!!! I showered and slept with it and it still feels great after 48 hours!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I was skeptical at first only cause I’ve tried other tapes and haven’t had great results, I live a pretty active lifestyle, on my feet for work most of the time. At the end of the day when I come home they hurt pretty bad around the heel and the arch area, not even insoles would help. I came across this tape that stood out compared to the other tapes and was willing to try it, I must say it’s pretty amazing so far. It comes with two precut tapes and instructions that are easy to understand and make the process easier to place. The quality of the tape is very strong and comfortable to wear. My feet have felt 10x better with this product. Their site also provides some video’s with demonstrations on how to properly place the tape if there’s any problem following paper instructions. I totally recommend this product!

This tape is a Life saver. I can't believe I didn't know about this before. I work 12-16 hour shifts and when I get home I have four beautiful kids that need Daddy's attention. So I'm no stranger to foot pain. This tape is pretty good. It really does stick to your skin well. I have had it on for 3 days straight and so far I feel great. I really like the strong compression and I think this is the first product to really give me that compression. It does take some getting used to especially after you take a shower with it because it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to dry. For all you guys out there trim your hair because It's kind of like waxing when you take it off. Anyways im happy with the product for now. Highly recommend!!!!
