I have not tried it. From the photo I got the mistaken impression that I was getting 2 of them. It was probably my fault but I am giving them 3 stars for making me feel stupid (they could have made it more obvious I was getting one, you know, help the stupid people like me).

Your milage may vary, no joy for me.
Did not work for me. Tried from my DVI out to a flat screen, no joy. The monitor works fine from the DVI-I output, but not the DVI-D.It was worth a try.

Waste of
After attempting to use this......,spending/wasting lots of time troubleshooting possibilities believing this adapter actually worked, I have determined it is either defective right out of the package, or, it simply does not work. Waste of money

Product won't work anywhere
This particular type of adapter doesn't actually work. VGA is analog, and DVI-D is digital. Why they produce it, I have no idea.
