Worked great. Resized the boot width perfectly.

The Stretcher as received was made from high quality materials, however I could not insert it into any of my boots. There followed contacts with Amazon customer support and the seller. I was looking for an exchange. In this pursuit I learned two things;1) Not to have any confidence in Amazon's monitoring of its Market Place sellers. Customer Service threw up their hands, and advised me they would (or perhaps it was could) do nothing to correct the blatant errors in this listing, or remove the listing altogether.2)This sellers response to my inquiries went from the inane to the duplicitous. What I could get substantially from the seller was the this stretcher was ONLY for a western/cowboy boot (pointed heel and toes and a high arch). And that they would exchange it for a suitable model. I could not get them to provide details beyond "suitable", no sizing, no pricing regarding the exchange.Finally out of curiosity I went to their web site. Amazingly this web site was beautifully laid out down to suburb graphics, and a wealth of information. The Customer Service I got via phone was great.None of the sizes offered for this stretcher corresponds to the 9-12 in the Amazon listing:Small 6 - 8Medium 8 - 10.5Large 11 - 13X-Large 13.5 - 15Also the stretcher is offered on the web site, also with free shipping for more than $20 less than the offering with Amazon.I did send the stretcher back, cost $17 UPS and less $6 the seller's shipping on the refund.I ordered a suitable boot stretcher, and in addition a shoe stretcher totaling less than $81, shipped free.I received these a few days ago. They are great.

The Stretcher broke at the joint, after the third use. They are not made like they should be.

They were ok except the toe is made for a cowboy boot, not hiking or work boots. We drilled new holes to move the pressure tabs to hit where needed. Otherwise, you would have to saw the tip off to fit in regular boots properly. Kinda a pain, but we made it work. Other than that toe being too pointed they are fine, worked well after adjustments.

used it with a liquid shoe stretch compound, over about 4 days, a little at a time, to fit a pair of western boots. worked great.

Description said item (size large) would fit my western boots, size 9 1/2 EE. They do not. Cannot get the body of the stretcher in the boot. Obviously their size chart is inaccurate.

I have flat feet so even when I buy EE boots it is't enough. I have taken other boots to the "shoe repair guy" and they are just guessing. I used this twice on some new H&H western work boots with some leather stretcher solution, and they fit like slippers.

Almost to big to fit in motorcycle boot. Had to add holes for pins to stretch the sides.
