Not strong enough to hold a pump
These are a cute pair of panties but the fabric isn’t actually strong enough to hold an insulin pump. When I actually wore them they were constantly falling down and didn’t hold my pump very securely at all.

Great fit for me! Great fit for my pump!
I did not know when I tried these that they would be the best thing for me. I have made another order since this one. And, admittedly, i am going to get more. My MiniMed 670G pump is heavy and the clip has a worthless hinge and a gosh-awful bind. The pump is heavy and pulls my undergarments down when i wear dresses. My pump fit perfectly in these panties. The panties fit comfortably. And they covered the bulkiness where is wasn't obvious with my garments. Love these!!!
