Did not like the product..initially the facewash pumped out and the second day the pump isn't working.

The dispenser stopped working after one use. I tried pouring it into another dispenser, but the facewash turned out to be too thick. I tried to dilute it, but nothing worked either. Why to sell this I would like to ask? 🤷🏻♀️
