Better than the one i had before.

The specific vinyl I ordered, didn't come. I received something much darker. I contacted the company, they responded quickly with concern and wanted photos. I sent them, but the person who read my email didn't bother to scroll down to see the second photo and couldn't understand my complaint, so I recent the photos with greater explanation and the second guy didn't bother to read everything either. It was one misunderstanding after another. They finally gave me half off the cost of the vinyl I paid for. I am using the darker vinyl, but wish I had the one I ordered. I am afraid to try to reorder for fear of the same problem. Suspect that no one in that company pays attention to what they are doing.
