Heavenly Waffles Pancake and Waffle Mix Light, Fluffy, Delicious A Protein Packed Mix Made from 40 Percent Yogurt for a Healthier, More Flavorful Waffle

Light fluffy texture and a lightly sweet flavor really sets it apart from other mixes. Second best part of this waffle mix is that it is easy to mix up. I literally just put the mix, eggs, oil, and club soda in the blender. I've served these to friends and family and always get compliments. It's perfect for sweet or savory meals. One bag goes a long way!!! Its my favorite Sunday morning treat. It's also less calories that most store bought waffle mixes. I always make extra for a quick breakfast during the week. I just pop them in the fridge and heat them up in the morning.Helpful tips: make sure to spray the waffle iron. This mix does stick a little more due to it's ingredients. I have not found it to be an issue if I use just a bit of spray. I also leave it in the iron for a minute longer than instructions for a more crispy waffle. You can totally use a hand mixer but the blender is really more convenient.

Happened to walk by William Sonoma and this guy was giving out samples of his waffle mix using the waffle maker from William Sonoma - almost passed by but decided to try some. Best decision ever as the waffle was FABULOUS. Light, fluffy, and so very tasty AND healthy - such a bonus! Excited to see it on Amazon and will be chatting up the product to my family and friends.

Best Waffle mix on the market hands downThanks so much for taking the time to play with our Heavenly Waffles mix.Our mix is different than most waffle mixes in that its mainly a waffle mix, as opposed to mostwaffle mixes, that are a mainly a pancake mix in a waffle iron, heavy and dense, with mostof it being sugar and flour, butter and eggs.Forty percent of our dry mix is yogurt, lending to their unique texture, and healthy aspects,(healthy aspects merely happened by the yogurt influence) 110 calories and 7 grams of proteinwith the addition of the egg to the mix in the mixing instructions.There are a few things that are different with regard to mixing, and batters density.We mix them in a Vita Prep, because of the protein content they just work better whenblended, and the batter is thinner than most waffle mixes. We mix them with club soda, and our batter holds for 4 days refrigerated, which no otherwaffle or pancake mix holds more than 8 hours.We spray the waffle iron with Vegalene, higher smoke point, only fill 3/4 full, and letsit in waffle iron for about 20 seconds before closing. Cook on high for 4 minutes

These are the BEST waffles!!! Guilt free & better than the others. My kids love them which is awesome since they can be picky at times! Highly recommend.
