Nice heavy duty oil filter wrench for 14 flute 74 mm filters like Mobil 1 M1-113A and AC Delco UPF48R. I especially like that the socket adapter sits above the wrench cup, which allows the 3/8" socket drive to fully seat without protruding into the space occupied by the filter, and allows the use of a normal wrench instead of a socket on the oil filter wrench.

Here's some good info for Harley Owners: Fram Motorcycle Engine Oil Filter PH6065B is a pretty common, readily available, and sensibly priced oil filter that fits a bunch of different Harleys. If you're looking for a cap type oil filter wrench to fit this Fram PH6065B filter....this is it!! This cap style wrench TIGHTLY fits the Fram PH6065B filter AND has the weld nut style attachment provision which extends far enough outboard and upward of the top of the wrench which enables you to use either a 3/8" ratchet extension OR a 21MM socket to loosen/tighten it. Believe it or not, this a fairly rare combination! Most of these cap type wrenches just have the 3/8" hole integrated into the top itself, which renders the wrench useless when using your ratchet extension as the extension bottoms out on the body of the filter before the wrench can fully engage onto the flutes of the filter. Hence the reason why so many of these filters become "rounded out" when us DIY folks try to remove them. This wrench seems to be the best of both worlds and the one I received on 5/6/24 fit like a tight glove. As a big plus, you can access your filter from straight on with a 3/8'' ratchet extension or go in from the side with a 21MM wrench or socket. This makes for a MUCH easier and CLEANER filter removal/installation for all us Harley guys. Hope this helps....Ride Safe !!

Although this did not fit my filter, it is very high quality and I wish they had one 2mm smaller.

I was looking for a filter wrench of this design that fits Mopar MO-339 filters. This one is a perfect fit! I needed 74 to 76mm with 14 flutes. I think it is actually marked 76mm, but it fits the Mopar filter perfectly. I like that it has the hole for 3/8 socket extension. You can also put a 21mm wrench on the end of it if you need access that way due to clearance issues. This is one of the better quality filter socket wrenches that I have used.

Great wrench, it's torque limited by its shape. When you torque the cover down, it clicks over when you get too tight. Good tool, good deal.

The only specialty tool you'll need to do your own oil changes on your VW with the fancy top-side filter housing. Changing your own oil means saving yourself hundreds of dollars and avoiding the risk of some braindead moron cross-threading your oil pan drain plug with an impact wrench.
