This book was brought home by my 19 year old son from his college libairy. We ordered one within the next few days because it was brilliant. We quickly made a soup and it worked. The measurements were really easy to follow.There are so many to choose from and they all look fabulous, we are on our 5th soup now and get very excited to choose the next one we are going to do. There is a soup for everyone. I haven't stopped telling anyone I meet about it, it is so good, well worth the buy believe me. Buy one you will not be disappointed. This is the book for people who like soups made in all different ways.

I recently purchased this fantastic recipe book for a friends birthday having been given a copy myself many years ago. I have tried nearly every one, then passed on bowls of soup to neighbours and friends. My friend (the recipient) said how much she would love a copy, hence the gift........... Love soup all the year round. I really recommend this book.I would say for self catering students a must for healthy and nutritious meals I intend to buy another for my Grandson who is off to Uni soon.

A friend of mine had this book and I looked through it and loved the photos and recipes, so bought it myself.Great collection of soup recipes. I have already made a number of soups and all are easy to make.

I bought this to replace one spoiled by damp but this one is a smaller version of my previous book, so not so easy for me to see. Good recipes and plenty of them.

I bought this book several years ago, leant it to someone and never got it back; I was so pleased to find it again. Full of great easy to follow receipes for every occasion. If you love soup then this is the book for you!

The best soup cook book I've encountered. I've been a professional chef for a number of years in good quality resturants even cooked for prince charles.Not onle does it supply you with well thought out recipes but inspires you to create your own, I've even ued it myself. My copy was a present for a friend

This has to be the book of all books for cooks. I picked this up just for something to read at my daaughter's house. I couldn't put it down. As soon as I got home I ordered one. I loved all the recipies and I plan to use every single recipe by going through the pages one by one. Excellent book. Good cover and really good quality paper used for the pages.

My Dear wife bought this for me and I have made a lot of the recipes and they are wonderful. I bought this copy for a dear friend who loves my soups especially the spicy ones.

Love how the step by steps have photos. The cover of the book looks different than what was advertised to me. Other than that no complaints, nice hard cover heavy book with great photos.

This was bought as a gift for mothers day. She loves it ! Beautiful pictures and the recipes don't seem too complicated.
