Relief for bloating and migraines
I am really impressed, since taking these I no longer get bloated, particularly around my periods, and although I get the start of a migraine they never come to anything anymore. I have been taking them for over 6 months now & I can feel the difference. I’ve just ordered some more!

I ordered this for my frequent and intense migraines. I have been taking it for over a month and have just subscribed to receive it monthly. Firstly the company is amazing in responding to questions. I cannot say at this stage if it has helped with my migraine it is too early bit it has definitely helped with my post viral fatigue. I had Covid-19 in March and this has really helped in my recovery. I will write an update regarding my migraines. I am very happy with the product as there has also been in an improvement in my gut health. When I first started taking it my symptoms got worse my bloating was at an all time low but I persevered and after nearly a month there is a huge difference. I take two a day one in the morning and one at night. I also take two black garlic tablets with it
