The Jonsteen Company 5900-2 Giant Sequoia Grow Kit

I got this for a family member for a gift. It was very unique. haven't tried it yet, so do not know if it actually works.

It has only 3 seeds and none of them germinated. I wouldn't buy again.

Bought this one from their site. Came with 5 seeds, instructions and everything to get you going for the first month.the first month is actually very easy - prepare the soil and container, add seeds and put it into fridge for 20 days. (35F)After that I got it out and had in a room with 70F ambient with a mild heater lamp shining and heating container up to 80F-85F.Container was closed all the time with very moist soil, and seems like some white mold started growing (but I may be wrong).on day 10 I've decided to check on seeds and noticed that 3 have about 10-15mm healthy roots extruding from the seed. Yay! typical germination rate is just 20%.At this time I've carefully moved them to larger container and will see how it goes, hope they don't get mold and will survive.Please read soil and watering instructions carefully - they are very vulnerable during first year to multiple hazards.

this was a christmas gift. it arrived quickly, well packaged and was just as described. recipients liked it.
