Hollywood Flapper Adult Costume White - Small

I bought this for my daughter to wear for halloween. She still wears youth large, so not close to this size. The part we had to pin up was just the straps. I would recommend for the size 4.The dress itself looked better than what I expected for the price. The fringe looked great, and nothing about it looked "cheap", except maybe the feather.Glad I found this one.

Would've been 5 but i had to purchase an extra piece because it is see-through

You get what you pay for. Cheaply made and the fringes fall off easily.
