CBH Micronized Creatine Powder (600g), Unflavored

I usually add this into my protein shakes after a workout with the provided scoop. Its advertise to instantly dissolve, but that's probably an optical illusion. I usually find a decent amount of the powder settled into the bottom of the glass. Also, I use a personal blender to prepare my shakes so it should be getting decently distributed and mixed into the shake. Otherwise, I have no issues with the product nor can I claim that it makes my muscles huge like some other people might claim. It may be helping my workouts or it could simply be placebo. I haven't had any ill side effects from it so I continue to add a scoop into my shakes.

I had used a sample from another brand and knew that micronized creatine would work for me but couldn't afford what that company charged.Browsing on Amazon I found CBH Micronized Creatine. It is flavorless which is exactly what I was looking for. I like to mix it in with my coffee in the morning. It doesn't change the taste or texture of what you mix it in. If you don't have enough liquid not all of it will be dissolved.I recommend that you read the instructions before you use the included scoop. Suggested use is one heaping teaspoon. Since I use the creatine everyday I limit my intake to one scoop in the morning.This creatine is also a great value for the price. The container is filled to the lid of the container with creatine. Other supplement companies give you a big canister with less product than you first think it will contain. I was so surprised that it was filled to the brim I had to show my wife. She wasn't as amused as I was but she doesn't go through as many tubs of supplement powder..While taking this creatine I had been working on pushups for my PT test (Air Force). This has been an area that I struggled with in the past. I took this creatine every morning about an hour before performing as many pushups as I can in one minute. I just took my test yesterday and though I could share that I went from being a weak guy struggling to get to 20 pushups at the start to completing 44 on test day!I know it was the time and effort I put into my pushups that helped me to pass (Minimum is 33), but this creatine also helped me to push through numbers every day as I worked my way up to the test.I'm about halfway through my current canister of creatine but will definitely reorder when I come close to being empty.EDIT: I forgot to add that CBH is an American company.

Not as good, does not dissolve well even after lot of shaking, only good thing is price, Does all this work? may be it helps those really buffed people, average people it helps us psychologically.

dissolves well, container is filled to the brim and give you what you expect for the dosage of creatine. I do overload then stop rather than stack and maintenance and it works well for me (I'm more into maintain my build and defining that building mass.).

I was weary about trying creatine again. I had used regular creatine monohydrate in the past, and often got an upset stomach / cramps. I wanted to try micronized, and CBH had the best value. 5 days in and "loading", so I'm taking a lot at the moment, and no stomach upset. I take the creatine in as little water that will dissolve it - it really has almost no taste whatsoever. Glad I found this brand!

Arrived as promised. Big Bang for my buck! What's smaller than a coffee can and almost as inexpensive? CBH! It's true most creatines' are very similar, but this is micronized for better emulsion, works great with juice and or milk even coffee, (Everything mixes better in hot to warm solution) something to think about. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will continue to purchaseCBH.Thank you.

This brand of creatine powder I use in my pre-workout shake and my post workout shake. It is very well packaged and has a great scoop in the container. The mixing consistency is good and there is no awful taste. I can tell that it is working, because of the tingling in my arms, so I am very happy with this product.

Creatine is pretty much a commodity supplement, meaning that all powders are pretty equal, so you just look for a reputable manufacturer and great value. CBH/Amazon provide both. This has been my go-to for a few months now and don't see any reason to change it up. Great product to provide that little extra push in the gym.
