Taste is fine, although seems high in sugar. I've tried a couple of different flavors, and date paste is the top ingredient in both. The chocolate maca bar contains maple syrup, which seems totally unnecessary, especially for a protein bar. I appreciate you're hoping to improve taste, but I'm trying to avoid added sugar, and even if it's "healthy" it is still sugar. I'll likely continue to use them from time to time, but I don't see myself consuming these on a regular basis.What's exceptionally frustrating is the non-stop stream of spam from the company. For each shipment I've received about three emails, extolling the virtues of the product and begging for product reviews. I don't particularly want emails from sellers. One unsolicited note inquiring about the product is probably acceptable. But three? Each time I order?? Give it a rest. It's annoying, and the begging for reviews comes across as hectoring. I'm glad you're enthusiastic, but please...

They are much tastier than I thought they would be. Do they taste like a candy bar? NO of course not. But they ARE tasty, filling and packed with 15 g of protein. The barely sweet chocolate is a treat. The bar is thin but dense in a good way. They are worth the money to get what appears to be a quality source of protein and a bit of guilt free yummm for my afternoon snack cravings.

As a nutrition specialist and health geek I've tried A LOT of plant-based protein bars but these TAKE THE CAKE (not to be ironic...). I've tried the chocolate coconut, chocolate quinoa, and chocolate chip bars and they are all VERY good. Unlike other bars they are not grainy or dry. They also don't leave that nasty protein + artificial sweetener aftertaste... a BIG PLUS. They are chewy and soft and just really delicious. It's as close as a protein bar can get to a brownie. TRULY. And the best part: No crappy ingredients or nasty fillers. Just real foods 👌

I LOVE these bars. I have tons of food allergies and I also like to stay healthy....but I also love food and think it should taste good. So I'm always on the lookout for the perfect bar to carry in my purse at all times. This is it. For sure. Nice and moist, sticks together, a little chocolaty, plenty of protein, not too many calories. I found it at a grocery store for the first time while traveling but I can't find them on the ground in Austin. Enter Amazon. Thank you for carrying these! I'll always have a stash of them.I've tried the flavors besides chocolate as well and they are delish also but these are my favorites.

Have been looking fro a great chocolate protein bar that was Gluten Free and Soy Free.... a hard combination to find with chocolate. After some research on what was out there I decided to try the Paleo Dark Chocolate Quinoa High Protein Bar by Amrita Health Foods. The fact that it is dairy free and Non-GMO certified are all great bonuses. It arrived this week and exceeds all my expectations for rich chocolate taste, nice texture and good size. It's now in my rotation of quick go-to morning protein meal. Except that I haven't rotated out from having this in the morning yet! Thank you for such a great product!

These are so delicious! I have to watch myself or I'd eat 2 or 3 of them at once, they're that delicious! It's hard to believe they've packed 15 grams of protein into these wonderful bars. The taste is great, the texture is similar to a brownie filled with bits of coconut.

Just a disclaimer, the only reason I’m deducting a star is because although the title says “12 bars” the boxes are labeled for 14. And in addition, there are natural flavors added and it’s a tad misconceiving because you can’t look up the individual content of the bars before ordering. The ones I saw did not have natural flavors. I give a 3/5 just because of this.Anyhow, I’m extremely satisfied. The bar itself is a great texture and filling. The taste is just as great. I was expecting grainy or almost bitter taste. Not at all! Above what I expected. I will be ordering again once a variety pack becomes available. I do think they are a bit pricey for the fact there are still “natural flavors”. Bar itself is a 5/5 as far as “raw” bars go.

I have to say that I have been dealing with Amrita bars for a few years now. The products that Amrita puts out are amazing, high quality and affordable. There are no GMO's in the products, they have never caused any GI distress and would be one of the best products you can ever find.The bars that I purchased are so delicious. I will usually share with my friends but honestly these are so good I will not share with anyone.Go grab some and you will love them!
