Minishion QJ6179 Womens Lace-up Suede Ballroom Latin Dance Shoes

I ordered these as part of a costume for a stage performance. Supposedly these are ballroom/dance shoes, but I found them to be a bit wobbly and unsteady. The flexible suede sole is fine, but I feel like the placement of the heel made the shoes more unsteady than other ballroom shoes I have. I did consider that the group performance was 12 ladies dancing independently, not with partners. I imagine that with a partner would feel a little more stable. I'm looking forward to trying these again when it gets colder, maybe for outdoor dancing in cool weather, or in a venue with too much AC.I had to tighten the straps at the top because the zipper pull at the back kept flipping into the shoes and causing discomfort. Once I wore them with long leggings that tucked into the boot, this became less of an issue.Also, these definitely run large. I wear 7.5 street size, and I had to order a 6 in these shoes. Luckily our instructor had several sample pairs in different sizes so I was able to determine my size before ordering. There were 12 ladies total in this group performance, and everyone had to order at least a full size below their normal size.

Obviously since coming from out of the country the shoes did take an estimated 2-3 weeks, but came in on the earliest estimated delivery date! I purchased a size 8; true to size for me. They fit perfectly and actually more comfortable than expected. There is cushioning in the shoe. I use these shoes for dance class (hip hop, seduction class) and latin dancing at clubs. I have small ankles so they are a little loose there even when I tighten them with the ties and anklet. Otherwise I am very happy with this purchase! Worth the expense and I am purchasing the other colors :)

Rather tight. But they look great on. Not much sole on the bottom. Given the price and who made them, worth it. I purchased them for Salsa dancing. You can only get a good hour to an hour and a half of dancing out of them or a good hour or so walking around.

These are beautiful shoes! It's a snug fit but it's perfect for dance shoes. I just received them and they look sturdy. I had to air them out a couple of days to remove that petroleum smell. We'll see how they hold up.Update. They hold up ok. I bought a 2nd pair because I misplaced the 1st. Still love them.

love this shoes, they are light I only danced in them twice and dance a while in them before my feet started hurting

It is a cute shoe but it is a little too tight. Also around the ankle they could be fitted a little better. You are able to tighten them with the ties but only so much. I have other salsa shoes that are way more comfortable. I thought these would be good for some ankle support for dancing but I don’t feel they will be helpful.

Comfortable. .. looks just like in the pictures. . Looks good feels great and so far I have danced tango 3 hrs and salsa2hrs with them and have not given me problems .

Nice shoes, fit great. They're also adjustable because of the ties. Great customer service.
