I was a little skeptical at first because of how many pills is in one serving. Also these things take a really long time to kick in. So then you may be asking why I'm giving it five stars. I have never had so much focused and sustained alertness from any other pills. I am a truck driver and I drive at night what is the most difficult dangerous jobs you can possibly have and I need to be constantly alert. I take this about an hour before my shift begins and I have no trouble staying alert all night without snacking or taking extra breaks. I know that's not what this is intended for but the need for a product that keeps me alert all night is real and I cannot Be without this particular product anymore now that I understand what it does.

Gives you energy and makes you sweat. But the 4 pill recommendation is going to kill someone haha take 1 or 2 first and see how you do.
