After receiving the product it was packaged well . I had been looking for a vape to aid in quitting smoking for some time but didn't want to outspend a lot of money on an expensive vape. I came across this and its simply great for first time vapes the battery life i somewhat decent depending on your usage i recommend completely turning off the device when not in use . I got an average of 6-12 hours with regular use. Coils are easy to buy and are fairly cheap . I found the device does not burn coils near as much as other vapes this could be due to the operating wattage being lower than most.Pros -- Light weight-Good fit for the hand-Battery life is somewhat decent-Coils are cheap-Good availbility for flavorsCons -- device feels a little cheap- Coils last long but little amount of vapour is produced overall- Glass is much more fragile and feels weak.-Charger can get scarily hotOverall for a beginner vaper this is amazing would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to quit the smokes and get on to a healthier lifestyle already i feel better and cant walk without searching for breath regularly.

I would not recommend as for me from the very 1st use I've experienced Leakage.. instantly boiling hot around the mouthpiece... spits hot liquid into the mouth over face .. pops and crackles.. the charging lead is a bad fit and no doubt will end up damaged further due to it being so difficult to use .. loosely fitted buttons .. I wish I'd bought a different one because even if I send this back a refund will take arround 2weejs after I get it to the recommended place and get recommend print out lables (impossible for me to get out as I don't drive I'm disabled and in poor health .. I'm pritty much housebound this is why I buy online)

Mine arrived today, just took it out of the box only to see that the screen is really scratched. Can’t tell how bad it is on this pic I took but not happy as it should look brand new!

Good value for money

I got this for a friend as a birthday present. She loves it !

Bought as a back-up to Puma puff vulcan and does not match it in performance.I also find it difficult to hold.

Got a mouth of oil every time I used it and also found the mouthpiece a bit big

Looks great online but had it delivered and its not stopped leaking
