Avoid Irresponsible Manufacturing
This manufacturer seems not to care if their products end up in the landfill. After contacting the retailer, I am unable to use this harp because the two grommets which hold the strings have broken. Poor quality parts and NO help or advice for finding replacement parts means this paper weight is useless and a reminder of how untrustworthy companies are today. Pay more money for responsible manufacturing; this product is not worth your stress.

Solid structure; everything else is garbage
I wish I'd read more of the questions and reviews before I got this.Not only, as others have pointed out, does this thing not stay in tune—it doesn't stay in tune long enough to even practice with. The strings are all at different levels, so it's not easy to play by touch, and the surface looks like a child painted it. It's nothing at all like the pictures on the listing.I could probably fix some of this, especially the paint job, but I shouldn't have to.It's not even worth the money for a nice display piece.
