Gorgeous journal! It is refillable, and absolutely incredibly made! The paper is thick and the cover is absolutely gorgeous!

This is a very nice pocket sized notebook. I measured this as a 6”x 4” notebook. It’s not too big and it’s small enough to fit in a purse or to keep in a side pocket of a jacket. The flaps do need to be held down when you need to write in the notebook, as it doesn’t stay held down on its own. Overall, I think this would make for a wonderful gift!

My only complaint about this notebook was that it was actually slightly smaller than dimensions stated. Maybe mine was a one-off in that respect.That being said, I DID want something small - not for major art or long paragraphs, but more for a place to quickly jot ideas while out and about. This definitely fits my needs.The cover feels buttery smooth yet is not flimsy, I like that the pages are natural color (you can refill with copy paper cut to size but for some reason bright white pages just look wrong in this).And for the poster who complained this is a 'cheap' product - for 7 bucks, what exactly were you expecting? Gold-edged pages, Italian leather and a butler to bring it to you whenever you want to write something? Sheeesh.If you want an extremely portable, economical, refillable notebook that feels good in your hand and gets lots of compliments, buy it.

Its a very nice little journal. So far i like the feel of it. I tried to order extra paper for when i need it. I ordered the wrong kind. Still the paper absorbs in fairly well no bleeding. I use really liquidy gel pens and i have not had issues with it. I dont think it will take to long to fill it because it is a small size. Roughly 7 in. By 5 in. And yeah i would gift this. I use it to write significant things or cooking recipes. What will you use yours for?

It's small. No getting around it. It's smaller than an A5 notebook, and that might be an issue for some. That said, it's perfect for those situations where you want a smaller notebook. It's sturdy. It always ends up on the bottom of my bag with heavy stuff on top of it, but it has held up perfectly. I use it every day, and at this point, I'd be lost without it. Great notebook. My only issue is I use it so much, I keep running out of paper.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend who loves writing in her journals. I didn't want to get a basic journal but rather something that has character and that she would be able to keep for years to come. I absolutely love the color and the detail on the leather is simply beautiful. For the craftsmanship and durability I did not paying the asking price and was very pleased with the product. I would buy this again and hopefully there will be more options and designs to choose from. Mahalo!

This is a great little journal. I can fit it in my purse and I love the beautiful design on the front of it. I love the look and feel of the recycled paper, and the wrap around tie strap is the perfect little touch.

Even with the scale & pics - this was smaller than I thought it would be for some reason. The color of the paper is darker too. Pretty sure only dark ink will work on this paper. Binder rings are kind of cumbersome. Leather is decent but not great quality. Dye is good & even. Very little discoloration or blotching. Tie-off is mostly for show. It’s not bad. I would hesitate to buy the bigger one for fear of just a bigger version with no improvements of any other kind. I don’t think I would buy it again or give it as a gift.
