Bought this for our bathroom remodel and although it is difficult to install if you have never tiled before I am very satisfied with this purchase. My wife is even more excited because no more cold floors. Will recommend to anyone because it really works. Make sure to read ENTIRE instructions before installing. You will need to also buy sensor and thermostat if you are looking to install this heat mat. I really am glad that I made the investment in this product.

Worked great. Easy to install. Not my first floor heat mat but this was a great price and works really well. I will purchase this brand again!

I absolutely Love this Product it was deivered with no problems there was nothing broken nothing Damaged or missing Which is getting harder and harder these days for some reason For the most part The description was pretty accurate the only problem it was a little different in size that was written up in the Description. it was a little disappointing that's why it didn't get 5 stars but the product itself Is great its working fantastic. if you pay attention to details and read all directions for what to do and what not to do you will be in great shape great shape. You don't have to be in the trades to install this product. I would definitely recommend This and have recommended it to many other people But I've told them if you have any doubt whatsoever call the company to get the right size if there's any doubts While Doing the installation And hooking up the buried wires that would be underneath the tile and connect it to the electric mat ( I'm referring to the thermostat wire )that Operates the Electric heat mat, I ran a second backup wire In case something should happen over time to the original wire the whole project would it be deemed useless , I also ran the wire up to the thermostat but again it's not hooked up it's just a backup . In the event it would stop working I could just hook up the extra wires I ran without ripping everything out.

Poor manufacturing.the sticky tape was placed correctly, although the plastic fence was sticky on the wrong side. This install was a disaster, the cord slid and became damaged. The install was a failure.Applying the tape, face down, with sticky plastic face up.I am no expert, but as difficult as it was to install. I got it in and tested at each assigned integral as recommended. After the mortar set the test was good, but my identification markers were off. I did not know, or i would have stopped to repair before laying in the tile.I tested before laying tile and it tested good again. But using hails as guides for the tile, following my marks where the cord should have been was off, and destroyed the unit.

Does what it claims to do. Heated flooring adds so much to any bathroom remodel... even in So Cal. Also warms up the ambient air temperature of the surrounding area. Worth the money. Just be sure not to order too much sq footage as you cannot cut the heating cable down. I used the HONEYWELL TH115-AF-120S thermostat with it. It took an electrician very little time to wire up.

this product was well made and installed easily.it does a great job of heating the floor. figure a 1/8 inch rise over non heated areas

Works well. I installed in end of spring so haven’t really tested it out well. I did turn on for a few minutes until it warmed up to 90 degrees and the warm floor felt nice. Can’t wait until the colder months to have it on
