The media could not be loaded.  The chair is very sturdy. The seat is firm Nd is comfortable and it seems to hug your body. The pillows make the seat feel luxurious. It was actually pretty sturdy, even when reclined all the way back. We were able to recline very far back without any lifting at all.One feature I liked was that you can adjust the width of the arm rests. This makes the chair much wider and comfy. Perfect for bigger framed people.

We recently purchased on of these for our teenage son for Christmas. We liked it so well, we bought an additional one for my husband's office.We did have an issue with the first one coming with a broken zipper. We tried to overlook it and just deal, but it started to open the more it was used. I contacted customer service and even though it was after the return date, they were wonderful and sent a new chair-back to replace the damaged one. Top notch customer service and the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in! This is a fantastic buy!

After 6 months of use, the chair gas cylinder failed to keep pressure and the chair lowers all the way to the bottom. Also the bottom bracket the cylinder mounts into deformed and cracked, causing the chair to lean side to side, becoming unusable/unsafe. After contacting their Customer Service, and I sent them the requested pictures of the defect/deformation; they sent replacement parts within a week.The new gas cylinder and mounting bracket arrived and I was able to remove the old parts with a mallet hammer and original hex wrench. The new parts were installed successfully and the chair appears operational again.12-12-20 Final update, the replacement gas cylinder failed and no longer holds pressure. Also the chair itself became uncomfortable to sit in. A year and a half and now its going to the dump. I feel I wasted my money purchasing and time repairing this lame product.

I have had this chair for several days now and it is very comfortable. The lumbar pillow is nice and adjusts very easily, the head pillow is nice and offers a great deal of support for when you are slightly reclined but still want your head upright.The assembly went as does any chair, holding parts and screwing in bolts is tough but overall it went together well. Don't forget to tighten the bolts on the arms as they do come assembled by not fully tight, they do come loose if you do not.

Most importantly the chair is NOT all mesh upholstery. The accent colors in my case white are a faux leather. I searched long and hard trying to find a gaming chair that wasn’t a faux leather (bonded, PU, etc.) as I’ve had very bad experience with faux leather in the past as unless it’s real leather it will always peel and I didn’t have $700+ to drop on a real leather chair. However the locations of leather I believe are outside of main contacts with my body so I think it should be fine but only time will tell. Install only took about 30 mins by myself and overall I do love the chair.

Pretty happy with this chair so far. Really good lower back support, generally pretty comfortable. Only complaint is a very strong plasticy smell the first few days, but it's not too bad. It's quite sturdy; I weigh quite a bit and it holds up easily.

Update 12/16/2020: The back broke on this chair. I know I'm a big guy but I don't treat products poorly because, well, I'm a big guy. But I use this chair every day while at work and I expected this to be a heavy use chair, it's a gaming chair after all. But now not only has the gas piston failed, but the back broke as well. No warning at all, no leaning or groaning of metal. Just snap and one of the hinges is hanging free. This IS a comfortable chair and despite its problems I have enjoyed it. But the constant failures mean that I'm not purchasing from this company again.Chair arrived and was easy to put together. Purchased for a 6’2” 300lb man. Within a week the base broke. The company replaced it quickly so 👍 for that. At the 11 month mark, the gas piston failed so the chair no longer stays raised. It is very comfortable but the gas piston needs to be stronger. Big guys don’t sit down like butterflies. They kinda thump down like an elephant stomping. Company stopped communicating and basically said Oh well too bad. Buy another one.

I expected a little more for the price tag, but it does look very nice at least. Not as soft as I'd hoped, and does hurt to sit in after 1-2+ hours. I also am not a person who sits for this long of a time naturally. It gets the job done for me, but it just barely does that. I was really sold on the "A" like emblem since my name is Art.. a bit pompous I know. I don't hate it, but I also didn't want to spend much more.The reclining back is pretty nice though! I can go completely dead weight on with no worries (6' 190 lbs).
