Product Description Our bolsters are designed to provide additional support where needed and also double up as neck pillows for prostrate meditation or rest. Available in a choice of three sizes to suit your individual needs and a range of colours. They are filled with polyester fibre filling, a springy yet reasonably firm support achieved by the use of a manmade fibre.The sleeve of the bolster is made out of heavy-gauge 100% cotton fabric. Our bolster features a zip opening to allow the user to make adjustments to the firmness of the cushion by removing or adding some of the filling. The bolster can be easily cleaned and maintained in its pristine condition by occasionally brushing it down using a stiff brush dipped in lukewarm water. Good for Physio exercises
Good product advised by physio as recently had knee replaced - felt sturdy enough to give support while doing the exercises.Although one of the seams is coming loose needs to be restitched - dont expect this with what I thought was a good quality product.

Fantastic quality
The foam is extremely firm and holds its shape. The main reason for the purchase was for use in lumbar support and it is very good indeed. The cotton cover is good quality.

Excellent product, good size for arm chair but to big for a car, as they are larger than you think so in an car they can sink into the chair, in a car the chairs are firmer so these bolsters are quite firm.
