Melchiorri Spoleto do not make Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the masses. They are specialists. The Umbrian weather during Sepember & October is not perfect for Olives. Instead these brave trees protect themselves by producing compounds, which gives Umbrian Olive Oil its nutritional & sensorial qualities. The Oil is made using a natural cold extraction process, and the finished Olive Oil is pure, with no mechanical filtration. This special box contains their 'La Villa' Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with White Truffle. Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with Black Truffle.
