Order in bigger size
Bought this as a gift for my hubby. He's a size small, but I ordered the XL since this item runs small. It fits him perfectly. Since these underwater are shorter than the ones he normally wears, these rides up at the inner thigh a lot; which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Delivery took several weeks. I had to order way in advance to get these on time. The quality is as expected. The sewing was done good. My husband said they're comfortable to wear.

They came realm fast. They fit just as expected. I think in Japan the sizes are much different because they are an extra large but I am a men's medium.
