Low tech & 100% reliable
I have had a Milton air inflator for 20+ years that I use w my air compressor at home garage, but I needed a gauge to keep in car glove box. This is it. First, no batteries to die or leak in hot glove box, like my last gauge. Also no dial style gauge to break if dropped. And most importantly, accuracy. This gauge has it all and it is made in USA, too. As Winter approaches I like to be sure my TPs are up. The tire pressure monitoring systems only warn if 1 tire is low compared with others, so you need to fiddle w settings on dashboard to see your TPs. And then when you add air you really need a hand gauge like this to check the fill. The TP system has to “reset” meaning you don’t see on dashboard how much air you’ve added until you drive about half mile. Not very convenient. This gauge takes care of all those issues and stores in glove box. And it is a great buy, too.

Reliable, accurate and it does it’s intended job
I had acquired 8 to 10 of these pencil style tire pressure gauges over the past 30+ years or so and recently decided to test them all for accuracy. Only 4 of them tested accurate and the rest ended up in the garbage. All 4 accurate gauges were Milton brand gauges. All the others were cheap non branded presumably Chinese made. I know for fact that at least two of those Milton gauges are over 30 years old. If you are looking for a reliable and accurate gauge, you can’t go wrong with Milton!

Accurate but delicate
The tread gauge is always extended out of the body. It is going to snap off for sure.

Basic quality
Great quality basic pressure gauge for my glove compartment! I had cheaper ones that didn’t work accurately after a short time, but this is a better made gauge made by a trusted manufacturer!

accurate
I checked this Milton S-920 tire gauge against my Jayco FlowPro 2.0 and they read identical tire pressure. A gool tool to keep in the car.

good
Works as expected, although the housing seems a little large for car tyre valves. another old plasticky no brand version can't temper the sudden pressure, gave erroneous high readings

Made in the U.S.A. and Quality Is Evident
Very well made, will last decades. It is also accurate and measures within less than a pound of my expensive dial gauge. Very handy, easy to stow in the glove box and robust enough it won't get broken like a dial gauge can. The tread depth indicator on the end of the pressure read out is kind of handy too. Not as easy to use as the $2 tread depth gauges you can buy here on Amazon, but more accurate than the penny or nickel method.
