The color is GORGEOUS, however be aware it's only printed on one side. Back side is a little lighter/duller in color, but these will still work very well for my bridesmaids' gifts.I also received my package soaking wet on the inside of the bag. At first I thought it was perhaps from being in the rain, but they were placed in another bag in the package and were soaked on the inside. It didn't smell, so I wasn't too worried. I simply hand washed them (no color bleeding!) and hung them up to dry and they were fine. Not sure what that was about, if it was a customs thing or from when it was packaged. They were also pressed when folded, so I steamed the wrinkles and they smoothed out just fine.

This looks and feels suspiciously like polyester! It could be silk, but if so, very low quality. And it wouldn’t matter, because it LOOKS like a polyester scarf regardless of what it is! The galaxy design is pretty and has an ombré look as the dark blues transition to light blues. The design would look sharp and killer on a great quality silk, but on this fabric it is blurred and the color is not vibrant because the fabric itself is so poor. The edging of the scarf is cheap looking too. This was a waste of money!

This is one beautiful scarf/shawl! Like another reviewer said, the galaxy is printed on only one side, but the underside is a nice lighter blue color like the color of the nebula. It is of a better quality material than I expected. I just love it!

My middle daughter had a galaxy themed semi formal. This was a great accessory that was stylish and fit the theme perfectly.

So many different ways to use this. Love it.

I don’t think it’s silk but it’s lovely! Large & easy to wrap just the way you want. Great space print! Very lightweight and versatile.

Not entirely practical, but it does look good. I keep mine on on my desktop's case as a 'skin', it looks awesome!
