Yes, handles a dual wan with 1gbps at the full 1 gbps throughput without dpi or qos. With qos enabled, throughout drops to 500mbps or so (still much faster than other consumer grade routers). Contrary to the implication in the other comment, this does not have a 10G sfp+. The sfp port is 1G only.

can this router use the Ethernet port for up link port to LAN switch?

yes, you can connect the eth1 or eth2 to your switch

Where can I buy the rackmount kit for this device?

TigerDirect for Business shows ER-RMKIT or 40975649 but was out of stock (15 bucks). A1 Security Cameras shows it but asks to contact them for price.
