Gives a bit of a boost to the rise of the bread. If they could figure a way to make it a bit less sticky that would be great.

I think it is just my mistake. I am sure it is a great product if you are looking for that product. I mean, it is fresh and looks like it should I guess. I just didn't know what I was buying. I thought it was the syrup like is used in soda fountains for Malts. To make it even crazier, I bought 3 jars and left the item in my cart and my husband checked out with another 3 jars. LOL If we ever figure out what to do with it, we are all set to do it!!! :)

I made bagels out of them! Flavor was a big hit.
