Reasonably accurate for pH strips but colors run
I recently purchased several different pH test strips for my daughter to use for a science fair project. These are OK, but do have some minor issues.First, be aware that they don't cover the full pH range and go from 4.5 to 9.0 only. Related to this, if you get a reading equal to 4.5, then it could mean the pH is anywhere from 0 to 4.5. Likewise, a reading equal to 9.0 could mean anything from 9.0 to 14.0. So effectively, the range is really from 5.0 to 8.5 since you can't trust any readings outside that interval. One thing I do like is that although the increment is 0.5 at the ends, the increment is 0.25 in the middle near 7.0 so if you are measuring pH of liquids that are only slightly acidic or slightly basic, you get increased accuracy. The primary negative aspect of these test strips is that the colors run more so than other strips I've used recently, which can make reading the strip a bit difficult. They are accurate within the interval 5.0 and 8.5. They read what they should for the solutions I tested these with (a mixture of water and baking soda for a basic test, vinegar for an acid test, and Evian water for a neutral test since Evian is bottled to be consistently around a pH of 7.2).For those of you trying to use these or any strips to test pH of water, please be aware that all pH test strips will be inaccurate for *most* waters, unless you take special steps (see below). Most bottled water, as well as most tap water, is low ionic strength. Test strips for pH do not work well for low ionic strength liquids (even the ones that say for use with water, and these strips do not make that claim). There are some exceptions. Mineral and artesian waters, such as Evian, are higher in ionic strength due to much higher levels of total dissolved solids. For these waters, pH test strips (including these) will work fine without altering the testing procedure, including those that indicate for saliva and urine testing only such as these strips. Some reviews complain about accuracy due to testing with distilled water and not getting a reading of 7.0. Distilled water has nearly 0 total dissolved solids and has very low ionic strength. No pH test strip will work under those conditions. Most mineral waters and artesian waters will tell you on the bottle what its pH is. E.g. Evian claims 7.2. These test strips give a reading of 7.0 in this case which is slightly off since the strips do have a 7.25 increment which would be more accurate. However, off by just a single increment is pretty good for strips. For these strips, or any strips, to work, the total dissolved solids must be greater than 150 ppm. Most mineral waters have at least 220 ppm total dissolved solids, and will have it listed on the bottle, which is why these test strips work in this case (e.g., Evian water has 345 ppm total dissolved solids). If you need to test pH of low ionic strength waters, such as distilled, tap, most spring waters, then you'll probably need test drops or a meter instead. If you really want to try pH test strips for these waters, there are 2 things you can try. First, you can try soaking strip in water longer such as 30 to 60 seconds instead of 2 to 3 seconds. However, that will likely make colors run more than they already do. Second, and more effective, you can try dissolving a neutral salt to increase total dissolved solids, and in turn increasing the ionic strength. Potassium chloride KCl should work which you can purchase as a solution. Table salt, sodium chloride, should also work, but look for one that is plain salt without anti-caking ingredients and without iodine. Check the ingredients of kosher salts wherever you buy groceries since they usually have less additives. Neutral salts like these won't change the pH of the water, but will increase total dissolved solids and ionic strength enabling you to read the pH with test strips. Obviously don't drink the sample you test if you use this approach, which you probably shouldn't do anyway since the test strips do contain chemicals.

Easy To Use . . . On LaCroix. Solved a mystery.
I got these to test LaCroix Razz-Cran. I was worried I was rotting my teeth to this expensive habit. Turns out, LaCroix is just water. I tested it three times. It registers at 6.5ph, which is pretty much WATER. Since the colors are very close and hard to determine, I guess it hovers around 5.75 and 6.5. Acids are ph values below 6.5 so if LaCroix is acid, it's very slight. Just a quick swish of normal water after you drink and it should be all good . . . if these strips are accurate. If you have these, test your LaCroix and let me know what number you get!

Seems pretty good
I tested them on the packets that my pH meter stick came with and it seems to be pretty reliable. I use these to measure the pH of my saliva. Teeth are constantly either leeching minerals or being mineralized. 7.5pH and above allows your teeth to remineralize and become stronger. Below that, your teeth leach calcium and decay.

Best accuracy I’ve yet found in a strip.
Unlike most pH test strips, these graduate in quarter-integers instead of half, at least in the range I need to test in. I’d been looking for awhile for strips to test the water for my pH-sensitive plants, and these do the job well in the 5.5 to 6.5 range. The color differentials are subtle but discernible. No more wasting time trying to calibrate that darn pH pen meter. I’ll be buying more of these. By the way, they work perfectly to measure water, even though the labeling specifies bodily fluids.

Glad I made this purchase from this company.
I am a first-time tester so I feel I am responding to testing from an objective view. I had no problems understanding how to test and how to interpret the results. It was all so easy for me. The results were clearly obvious to me. The test strips came with quite a bit of information as well as the manufacturer's information about wanting to be of service in case of questions or comments. All in all, I was glad I purchased from this company and will make the same purchase in the same way again.

I highly recommend this!!
The test is very easy to use, it comes with a readable and easy to understand instructions. This is perfect for people who are health conscious and wants to keep track their body's pH level. More affordable than consulting a doctor. I highly recommend this kind of kit test especially this brand.

Easy to understand
The test was very easy and fast to do and the results were easy to understand thanks to the instructions. Got these just in time as well because according to the test, my acidity levels are a little higher than normal so I'm definitely getting that checked by a doctor soon.

Accurate
These are accurate and work well. I bought these and a digital oh reader. These worked better. I used them to test water, and they were accurate.
