I have overlapping toes, both big toes!, and I usually wear a Silicone toe spreader during the day when I am home. The toe spreader is only for between the big and the second toe and the rest of the toes feel like cramping. I tried wearing toe spreaders between all the toes, but that didn't work. I came across the Gel Toe Separator/Spreader and decided to try it. It took a few minutes to get all my toes lined up, esp. the big toe on the right foot as that toe is the worst. But once I got all my toes lined up I elevated my legs and left the Gel Toe Separator on for 20 minutes. My toes didn't hurt after that, so I added another 20 minutes. My toes and feet felt so great after the stretch, that I decided to stretch my toes every day for about 1 hour. I am so happy with the results, my toes no longer have that cramping feeling, except when I forget to stretch daily. A few days ago I fell asleep on the couch and 3 hours later my toes hurt a little bit after I put my feet on the floor, but that lasted only a few minutes. I don't recommend walking with the Gel Toe Separator on, I tried and almost fell flat on my face. Other than that - great product for a great price!

in an effort to avoid bunion surgery, i have tried numerous products to help these toes stay in their rightful places. this is the best product i have used (in fact, i am wearing it now as i write this). it is well designed and well made. while it is not always the most comfortable item to use, i know for sure that i won't make the needed changes without a little discomfort. i use this product whenever i am home for several hours at a time, and i do not attempt to use it inside shoes or when i sleep. two different choices are sent, and i use each of them at different times. i like having both options. if you have tried just about every other thing on the market, why not give this one a chance? in my opinion it's the best one out there.

I have been using toe spreaders for years and finally broke the pair I had :( I didn't replace them right away and my toes quickly let me know that they were not happy!!! I did a quick search on Amazon for the name brand I purchased before and almost bought them, until I saw this set for about half the price. I will say that these are a softer, stretchier material than my other toe spreaders, but they do the job just as well. I was surprised by how much I loved the undertoe spreaders (on the left in the picture of the product) and they are my go-to set every night!It is super easy to throw these into the bag they come in and take them anywhere you go. They are lightweight, affordable and easy to clean. I have been using them for a couple of months now and they still look and feel brand new. Definitely worth trying out!

My feet have always been really wide(New Balance 4e), and my little toes have always really been pushed diagonally to fit into my shoes. These point my toes straight, and while I have them on, surprisingly, they prevent me from walking on my tiptoes(something I've always done since I was a child). Definitely worth the money!

I was expecting something more stronger. It’s too soft for my toes. I kept it because it does the job, but not the way I was expecting.

Good for straighting the toes very comfortable

These are a little annoying to get on but they are for coaxing misaligned toes into place over time. As recommended by a Podiatrist, I use these for an hour or two each day when I am reading, watching tv or computing. Not for walking around in. If you are looking for toe separators for just painting your toenails, just get the cheap ones. These are heavy duty and way too much work to get them on and off just for polish.

I bought these for my sister who has bunions and two toes that are starting to cross. She says it is too soon to tell if they will help straighten the toes that are crossing, but that they do help her have less pain in that foot. She uses them for 15 to 30 minutes every day when she's relaxing. She indicated that she has no problem getting them on and off and that they are so comfortable that she sometimes forgets she has them on.

A yoga instructor had indicated part of their self-care routine was toe spreaders. I had never done it so I reviewed a bunch of options on Amazon. I wanted something simple, easy to clean, and flexible. The price was right on this set, actually it included two sets. I have only used the set with the round holes, as I find this easiest to put on and can walk in it if needed. It’s a nice squishy material but does separate the toes. I only keep it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Already have noticed a difference in how my feet feel. I’ve had a chronic issue in my left foot that they can’t figure out what it is, and seems to be feeling a bit better. So far so good!

These are the cutest little toe stretchers I ever did see! The hot pink looks so fun on my toes. The product is so nice to use. It’s soft and pliable and doesn’t hurt at all. I use them each day while I have my coffee or read the paper. They fit perfectly and you can adjust them the way your toes are. This company has great customer support as well.

These are great quality and cute af but I would of honestly preferred bigger. It doesnt seem to do much. The disposable ones you use to paint your nails are more efficient in my opinion
