Great customer service.
Super cute, but did not hold up to the first week of school. The zipper on the backpack broke the 3rd day. We are very disappointed with this purchase and now shopping for Backpack again a week later. Updated: When I contacted the company they quickly responded to me and offered to replace the product.

Great Backpack, Small Lunchbox
So when I first ordered this product I thought that it was the cutest item ever. When it arrived to my house I saw that the backpack was very nice but the lunchbag was smaller than a purse. The length of it was .5 inches. So just keep in mind when you purchase this product that the backpack is very worth ti get it, but you will probably have to purchase a different lunch bag

Good quality
My daughter and her friend wanted matching backpacks. I was concerned the quality wouldn't be good because it was such a good deal. I was very happy when it arrived. Good quality should last this school year.

Poor quality
The backpack is very nice looking but the quality is not that great and because it is canvas it is not very strong.We bought it for my middle school child on September and it already has pockets broken.For a light use, not heavy books it should be OK. Not great for older kids.

Possibly poor stitching
The overall quality is good, unfortunately the stitching is not. I got this for my daughter and the night sh got it this happened while just holding it. I waited to post this to ensure the rest of the stitching was okay, at this point roughly a month there has been no other issues.

Several pieces make it a best deal
Bought it for my seventh grade granddaughter and she loves all the pockets and extra separate bags. It is large enough for all her books and notebooks.

Nice sturdy material
Nice sturdy material, sewn well, all the zippers are well made. Perfect for the heavy load the teens have to carry around. Last year my teen went through two back packs in one school year.
