Can’t really rate review this product as it was returned.
It would probably have been alright but I was unable to know for sure as the glass insert was broken. I therefore returned the item.I did not order a replacement as I found one made from stainless steel entirely and thought this was the best option.

Very very small
I did not like anything about this. It would only be suitable for two VERY small cups of coffee and the glass would make it fragile. Returned as unsuitable.

Not Dishwasher Safe
Bought this because I liked the copper finish and the page said it was dishwasher safe. I've contacted Amazon today to return the item as the copper film is coming off. I've had this 2 months but only use it once or twice a week so hardly suitable for commercial or restaurant use as the description states. The item looks great initially and works great but is not dishwasher safe.

Nice looking, well made, but low capacity
The build quality of this cafetiere is good, and the copper colour goes well with my other copper utensils. The capacity is low, with 3 cup size. However this is small cups, so it means only 1.5 mugs of coffee.. This is enough for me as I live alone.
