It was great choice to buy this
It’s been more than 2 yr now and I am using this kadai for day to day cooking… and I am loving it specifically it’s so easy to clean and it stays so nice . Initially it was difficult for me to cook with it as I was not able to balance flame vs cooking time , this being steel offcourse but once you understand , rest all is easy , no burning no issue while cooking… thought share with you all
