4 stars because it doesn’t come pre-strung!
I wish this birthday banner came pre-strung because it’s a little bit of a hassle to get the string through the holes and the paper filling the holes makes a small mess. Other than that, it’s a great banner for the price! Simple but cute and easy to read. The gold writing is very vibrant. I will be saving this banner to use every year on my daughter’s birthday!

Pretty & well made but needs to come assembled!
I love this banner. Well made but needs assembling. The package provides a string to attached the letter cards to and if you're not careful, the string breaks. I had to improvise.
