Santo Olio evoo is worth it 👌
This olive oil is very light with no bitterness at all. I take a teaspoon a day with a little cracker or piece of bread per my doctor for the polyphenols. I use it sparingly for cooking due to the price, however, it cooks well. I won't be wasting my money on the lower priced oils in the market. I'm a fan of Santo Olio!

The Best tasting EVOO!!
I LOVE this olive oil!! Years ago I found out that THIS is the olive oil that Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) uses. I started ordering it from Williams-Sonoma and was so happy to find it here on Amazon!! It tastes amazing I even love using it on salads and to dip bread in too

Very nice flavor!
I've been disappointed by a number of olive oils, even the good farmers market local ones. This EVOO has a fairly mild but distinctive flavor. For finishing use, I like olive oils thst have a fresh grass flavor, with a mild peppery finish, but so many have a bitter finish. Not this one! I'll most definitely buy this one again.
