You are much better off getting a Mission Belt
This belt is absolutely awful. My 8 year old son wore it one time with his school uniform and the locking mechanism completely jammed and he was unable to unbuckle the belt all day. I had to remove it for him when he got home from school. If I could give it negative stars I would. It is cheap junk do not buy it. You are much better off getting a Mission Belt. It is more expensive but significantly better quality. We already owned s mission felt and bought this as an extra school belt. Needless to say, it’s going in the trash.

This product looked sturdy enough, but the little metal attachment on the end broke of within a week of use. The belt still works, and for my 7 year old, I am not highly concerned with the aesthetics, but the entire belt isn't terribly durable.

Too hard for little fingers to pull on and adjust
Totally thought this was the belt with the metal flap with teeth that grab the belt when closed. This one has a metal rod you have to slide across the clasp to get it to shut and hold on. Too hard for my kid to use.

Great product for kids!
I love this belt. I have little guys who have to wear a uniform to school and this style of belt is easiest for them to work with their little fingers. Great quality as well. I would order again in a heartbeat.
