There's no index or table of contents. It's a rather large pain in my neck.

Have not tried many menus as yet, but looking through I rate these recipes 5*****. Just ideal for what I need!!!!! I need a hard copy of these!

So very happy to receive this book; wonderful selections presented for food preps. Very happy to find the nutritional guides included as they make all food choices so much easier to deal with. Thanks for putting this set together, I really do appreciate it.
