I've just started using this, and I am very excited to see results, though I know these are not immediate. I use the 0.5mm on my face, backs of hands, neck and décollatage, the 0.25mm on my eye area, and will use the 1mm on any problematic body area's. Once my skin is used to this, I may try the 1mm on plumper face area's.I use Kleem Vitamin C Serum & Moisturiser after derma-rolling. I also use these products twice daily - morning and night.I also use a mixture of THREE of the following on top of the above (on top of the Vit C, but before moisturising)...- Palmers Face OilAnd a mix of these serums from 'The Ordinary' Range -- Hyaluronc Acid 2% + B5,- Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion- Niacinamide 10% + Zince 1%- Caffeine 5% + EGCG- 100% Plant Derived Squalane- Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3%- Matrixyl 10% + HA- Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin FIt is too early to see result, but I am very excited to have started this regime. My skin care regime has always been exceptional but now, with the introduction of the Derma Roller, along with the Vit C Serum, Kleem Moisturiser, and the array of serums I have invested in, I am positive my skin will benefit no end.This is an honest review - I have NOT received any free products, I have paid full price for everything mentioned herein, including the Derma Rollers I am reviewing.I'll pop back to update when I've given these products a very good chance to start their magic!

Wasn’t sure at first! But after a few try’s I’ve noticed the change in my skin even the comments from friends and family how fresh my skin looks. Use it at lest once a week! Happy with product.!

Product arrived on time and seems sturdy. Used 0.5 face - you can press as hard or soft as you like, to suit personal requirements. Directions how to use on the box, plus instructional emails sent by company upon purchase. I had unintentionally blocked seller contact on Amazon, so make sure your Amazon settings permit emails from seller.Anyway, I used on face, neck and upper chest at night, after cleansing, then applied some organic hyaluronic acid with Vit C serum. Was a bit red the next day, applied some olive squalane. Too early to see any benefits yet obviously. Felt as though moisturising products were better absorbed. I plan to use on the backs of my hands too. Cleaned head with hot water and drop or two of washing up liquid, ran under hot tap, shook well then sat in a glass of surgical spirit for 45 mins. Put away in case until next time. Plan to use every 4 week’s. Will update in a couple of months. Kleem Organics responded to my questions instantaneously with exceptional courtesy and grace. Would do business with this company again.

Have used a few times now but haven’t seen any improvement. Seems does do its work! Little disappointed. The needles are not very sharp as it claimed online. Quality is ok. Haven’t broken yet after few uses.

Good roller set

Wow!!! Even after one use it made my skin feel super soft and look so much healthier that even my husband noticed and actually mentioned it! Unprompted!!! Literally unheard of😳 2 weeks in, my skin looks even better. Evens out skin tone, it even helps with broken veins around my nose. My skin is plumper, looks fresher, feels great! And my complexion looks completely refreshed, like I’ve been on holiday! Thank you 😀 ps I paid for this it was not a gift so my review is honest!

It’s a bit early to tell but after using it for a few weeks I can really feel the difference in my skin. It is not as dry. Also I have a couple of deep wrinkles around my mouth and they seem to have faded. I can also see my scars fading. I am looking forward to seeing my results after using for a few months. It is worth the little bit of discomfort whilst using it.

Have used .5 and 1 so far (hair + body). After watching countless utube vids to ensure correct application, no issues. Simple to use. Keen to note results.
