BEAUTIFUL CASKET, BETTER THAN I EXPECTED.

ok sorry for the title but I got this for a neighbor with no family and purple was her signature color. This is that purple that purple lovers love. It was truly a gorgeous casket in all respects. This isn't the first casket I have ordered through Titan and it wont be the last. They are simply the definition of customer oriented. They called, they double checked, they gave updates, they delivered to the mortuary and confirmed. I didn't have to hound them to do their jobs or wait on hold to find out status. They had it all at their finger tips and kept me up to date on all things. It arrived earlier than expected and everyone I spoke to was genuinely kind, professional and knew what they were talking about. It was such a relief to again be able to know all was done in that respect and at a fraction of the cost compared to mortuaries or cemeteries. I know this was just what she would have wanted and more than I had expected honestly and not a scratch or dent on the purple gloss and beautiful silver detail. If only everything had been so easy and well taken care of. White glove service is all I can say. Simply amazing

We purchased a Titan Casket through Amazon for my mother-in-law’s funeral, and I cannot say enough good about both the product and the company. The casket was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. More than that, the customer service was exceptional — kind, responsive, and genuinely compassionate during a very difficult time for our family. What stood out most was their concern for my mother-in-law, not just the transaction. My brother-in-law commented several times on how perfect and beautiful the casket was for his mother, and that meant a great deal to all of us. I’m deeply grateful for the care and professionalism Titan Casket showed us when it mattered most.

Our family purchased a casket previously from this company and were very pleased with the quality. When my Mother passed recently, we decided to check if the company was still available on Amazon. There is a SIGNIFICANT difference in price between a funeral home and buying through Amazon. Don’t let that scare you away. The quality is top notch, the steel gauge is exactly what is required in our state and the company went above and beyond to ensure our casket arrived on time. We knew my Mother would be passing soon so went ahead and placed the order with almost a week to ship. I really wasn’t in a hurry to speed up the delivery since we thought we had plenty of time. Surprisingly I received an email from the company to confirm the details and they shipped the casket next day to the funeral home who would be handling the arrangements. Thank GOODNESS it was shipped so quickly! My Mother passed the day after the casket was delivered. Our first purchase from this company was for my Grandmother and my Mom was so relieved that the casket arrived on time and looked beautiful. We purchased the same casket for my Mom and it was just as beautiful as I remembered. I would without hesitation recommend this seller and their products. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received.

This was a difficult decision, but it was the RIGHT DECISION. It was well packaged, delivered by small truck. The delivery was brought inside the funeral home, unpacked to check for damage and quality before driver left. The casket arrived flawless and the director was amazed at the quality and the fact that it came with a crank and a very beautiful large comfy pillow. He actually will use the service himself! I was worried to buy a casket online, but after seeing the quality and beautiful workmanship + the special care in packing and delivering casket, this was a great idea. Saved money yes, but got something better then what the funeral home offered at less then half the price. Don’t feel bad doing this because it’s a great product and a great way to save money, but most importantly it was beautiful, well manufactured and sturdy. It looked very expensive and it’s made in America! I’m only leaving feedback because I want others to feel safe and not worry like I did. Dad would have been happy. Casket was very nice on the exterior as well as the interior I would recommend to anyone

You can never be sure with such a large, personal item arriving site unseen what will happen. But this item fit our budget and was exactly what everyone wanted for our mother. The measure of our satisfaction lies in that every family member and my father were extremely pleased to see my mother in this beautiful casket in her favorite color. It was in perfect condition, shipped to our funeral provider timely and the mortuary verified it was in perfect condition upon arrival. Some simple peace of mind that just can't be bought for any price. So we appreciate Titan and the quality product they provided that gave our entire family comfort during a really difficult time.

I only saw it for a few minutes before the burial while a pallbearer. It was beautiful and felt sturdy and well made.
