I already used 2 to 3 box of l carnitine from myfitfuel and i throughly enjoy their product. No side effect and all and help me burning the fat and loss 5kg in a month but belive me it work like magic if ur diet is great. U see a great energy boost during the workout and moreover i also felt recovery after workout is also good

I tried and It works a bit. The 1500mg mentioned is bit misleading as each capsule has 500mg only. It would have been better if right info is mentioned clearly. Anyways I get my dosage out of increasing capsules count
