As a massage therapist, I purchased this for my pregnant clients. It actually works better to have the hole end closer to the face cradle, a pillow placed between the Mommy Pillow and the face cradle and a bolster at the other end of the large pillow. Otherwise the client has to lay their head on their hands, or have their neck craned to one side or another during a session. This took some experimenting to figure out, so I give it a four star. Quality is great, easy to haul around, but does take up space when not using.
