Best fishing line I ever use! But its dam expensive. Now my problem is not the line breaking, its my poll : =)I fish off the rocky shoreline and the large fish usually breaks my line. When I switched to Seagard, lifting a 10 -15 pound fish off the rock on a medium action rod just wouldn't cut it. I snapped two rods so far at $200 each... stupid fishing line.....

Great product. This will be my second season using the Premier. Ties great to braid and I also use this as leader material for my feathers.

Bought for use making fluoro leaders. Good stuff - works as expected. Would definitely recommend.

I use this leader in Florida for Yellowtail Snapper and in Europe for Hecht (Northern Pike) The Yellowtail are very line shy and I am able to use 20# test where my partners have to use 15# using the Blue Label Seaguar to keep them biting. This allows me to land larger fish than anyone else on the boat. Fishing for Pike I use 30-40 # test instead of wire leaders and haven't been bitten off yet. Ive also managed to catch a few Zander (Walleye) on the 30# and they are another line shy fish.

I've been happy with seagar flouro, not sure how to quanitify this, but it seems better than just using mono. Is it all in my head? Maybe. Some fishing products are tough to definitively say they are helping.This material sinks faster than mono so avoid using it if you want your flies to float in the upper part of the water column. Strength to diameter ratio is good. Knot tying/holding ability is excellent. Invisibility factor is excellent. Soft/stiff factor is about average.
