Diet supplement
Inulin powder very easy to use and is virtually tasteless. Slightly sweet so ideal in coffee or in porridge. Have used it since watching BBC programme with Angela Rippon. Feeling very well and very happy with product..

Awesome
Brilliant product, I have bought from Inulin from this supplier beforeand have not been disappointed but wanted to try this one as it isOrganic. The best thing about it, like the old product is that isdissolves really well. I have tried other brands but almost always Iam left with a white glue like substance in the bottom of the glass, especially if the liquid is cold. All in all, a great product andgreat value compared to the high street where it costs almost 50% moreand it is not even organic.

Fantastic Product.
Great value and so easy to add to things like a cup of tea without noticing you're adding soluble fibre as it doesn't alter taste or consistency.

Good product
This is the second time I've purchased this item for my wife. The 1kg bag last a long time, which makes it value for money. It's an easy product to use (one or two tsp a day) My wife has it in her morning juice, but it can be sprinked on cereals as it is flavourless.

Artichoke inulin is not for everyone
I like to take inulin in my tea and always make sure that tea is still warm. Taste was good as normal inulin, but artichoke inulin is not for me as it didn't work for me.

Expensive and Quality Control Issues
A number of issues. 1/ It is quite a lot more expensive than last time. 2/ There are also some irregularities in so far as the use by date has been deleted and 3/ there is a white sheet glued over the back of the packet.See photos. It looks like the pack has split and someone has glued a patch over it.And it is more than a little suspicious that the use by date can't be read. Not good.I've bought this product quite a lot, because I want an organic inulin, and it tastes nice. But the price has massively gone up since I first started buying it. And the latest issue is that it looks like the use by dates are being deleted, and rather dodgy stickers (which indicate to me that the pack has split) are being put on the back. This urgently needs some quality control measures.

Perfect quality but ultra fine powder
I use this as a thickener, and to stop nuts binding in the blender (by absorbing the oil). I also find it useful to mix with dry spices such as ginger and turmeric so that they become easily wettable before mixing with liquid. However bear in mind that it's an ultra fine powder, you might need to wear a mask if decanting! The powder tends to float like smoke.

Good for your gut and cheaper than most.
I found this OFS pleasant to take and an interesting fact: since starting taking OFS about six months ago I no longer feel the need to finish a bar or box of chocolates once opened!!I think my gut flora must have changed for the better. This product is also one of the cheapest OFS products on the internet.
