Good Customer Service
The product is much smaller than you imagine looking at the photos. The cord is extremely bulky and black, very bulky. As far as the flame goes, you can see the light bulb illuminating the flames in the crack of the glass front. It’s a bright white light shining through, it ruins the effect. I am sending it back. Also, keep in mind this is a 1500 watt heater, I didn’t expect that. Customer service was awesome and the problem was solved.

Nice looking electric fireplace & works great
All 3 switches must be switched to ON in order for the heat feature to be activated...it’s great in regards to safety! It’s attractive, great price & heats up my office/dressing room very quickly! I am very happy with this purchase!

Small and cutesy with good heat output.
It’s just small and a bit cheezy for my taste. Bought it for my daughter, she hasn’t seen in it. My mom loved it; she’s 85.....it’s currently in her living room on an end table.

Worth the money
Love this heater!! It's small and light weight. Heats up my condo living room very well. Approx 400 sq ft. Better than I thought it would. It doesn't get to hot either.
