For anyone who is medically trained these are essential, but also for anyone who back country skis, motorcycles, mountain bikes, a vented chest seal and add a quick clot gauze and this will buy you those precious minutes until can get to higher level care. I would not respond without these.

They work.
Saved a guy who was stabbed in the lung with this chest seal. I highly recommend. They stuck through the blood and helped prevent a pneumo. This seal is inexpensive but works great. The one I used was probably about four years old but it stuck like a dream.
